Everything a lab needs

Kanban is nice. But labs need more.

Nine features that turn a task board into a research workspace.

👥

Roles that fit a real lab

Admin, Senior Researcher, Researcher, Student — with permission flags that mirror how supervision actually works.

🌳

Family-tree supervision

Each member has a supervisor. Visibility cascades up the tree — admins see everything, senior researchers see their students.

📝

Weekly + Special reports

Auto-generated weekly reports per member, plus one-off Special Reports assigned by admins with email notifications.

📅

Calendar sync

Every user gets a personal iCal feed that drops straight into Google Calendar or Outlook. Due dates appear next to real meetings.

🔐

AES-256 lab privacy

Flip the switch and every task title, description, checklist, link, and academic item is encrypted at rest. Only your members can read it.

Real-time presence

See who's on the board right now. When someone moves a card, your screen updates in seconds — no refresh, no plan upgrade.

🇹🇷

English + Turkish, out of the box

Fully translated UI. Language auto-detects from the browser timezone and can be changed per user from settings.

📱

Mobile-friendly

Every screen adapts to phones. Drag tasks with touch, edit in bottom sheets, switch labs from a hamburger menu. Built for thumbs.

🏷️

Priority + work class + due-date reminders

Color-coded priority chips, custom work classes per lab, and email reminders X days before a task's due date.

How it works

Built the way labs actually run

Not generic project management — every feature comes from a real research group's request.

Hierarchy in, visibility out

The admin builds the supervision tree once. From then on, every task, report, and calendar entry respects who supervises whom. Researchers see their own work. Senior researchers see themselves + their students. Admins see everything.

  • One-click reassignment — cards flow up and down the tree
  • Server-enforced privacy — visibility isn't a UI flag
  • No accidental leaks between peer groups

Reports that don't fall through the cracks

Every member gets a weekly report slot on the day the admin picks. Admins can also drop one-off Special Reports on any member. Once submitted, the report locks — no midnight-hour edits. Admins can return a report for revision with a comment and a 60-second undo window.

  • Email nudges the day before a report is due
  • Special Reports notify the assignee by email
  • Locked-on-submit with clear revision workflow

Calendar that actually reaches you

Every user gets a personal iCal URL. Paste it into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar and your task due dates show up next to your real meetings. Change a due date on the board, watch it move on the calendar. No plugins, no add-ons.

  • Per-user token — you can rotate it if leaked
  • Works with any RFC-5545 calendar client
  • Email reminders 1–3 days before due
